why i wrote this

I spent six years studying — counselling, coaching, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, IFS, Transactional Analysis, CBT, psychodrama. Not because I was collecting credentials, but because I genuinely needed to understand why people do what they do. Why we stay stuck. Why we're so hard on ourselves. Why knowing better doesn't always mean doing better.

Through that journey, I came across exercises and techniques that were genuinely transformational — not just for my clients, but for me personally.

And I kept thinking: not everyone can afford hundreds of sessions to access this kind of depth. Therapy and coaching changed my life, but they're expensive, and the work inside them shouldn't be locked behind a price tag most people can't reach.
