“I got Mila’s workbook as soon as I heard her talk about it on YouTube. I’ve been following her for a while, and something about the way she explains things just resonates deeply with me. I just started working through it and I must say… it did not disappoint at all. It’s thoughtful, deep, and actually makes you reflect instead of just giving surface-level advice. So worth it!!!!.”
— Natalia“This self-coaching workbook is amazing. The exercises are extremely self-reflective and useful. It feels like therapy! Each new exercise that I complete has me thinking and reflecting so deeply. This book is truly transformational, and I highly recommend it..”

I spent six years studying — counselling, coaching, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, IFS, Transactional Analysis, CBT, psychodrama. Not because I was collecting credentials, but because I genuinely needed to understand why people do what they do. Why we stay stuck. Why we're so hard on ourselves. Why knowing better doesn't always mean doing better.
Through that journey, I came across exercises and techniques that were genuinely transformational — not just for my clients, but for me personally.
And I kept thinking: not everyone can afford hundreds of sessions to access this kind of depth. Therapy and coaching changed my life, but they're expensive, and the work inside them shouldn't be locked behind a price tag most people can't reach.
So I took the most powerful tools from everything I'd studied and practiced, and I built them into one structured system. Something you could work through on your own, at your own pace — and still go deep.
That's what The Deep Self Coaching Workbook is. Six years of learning, distilled into something that costs a fraction of a single session, but can take you further than you'd expect.
